Genetic manipulation or GMO (GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISMS) is the transfer of DNA of one organism into the other desired organism. It is mostly done in crop plants for it's protection against pests. When gmo crop is planted, there is no need to spray pesticides. For ex-Bt. Corn, Bt. Potato
