5x - 7y = 3000           -----------(i)
4x - 5y = 3000          ------------(iii)

Multiply (i) with 4 and (ii) with 5

20x - 28y = 12000
20x - 25y = 15000

Subtract them.

-3y = -3000
   y = 1000

4x - 5000 = 3000
4x = 8000
  x = 2000

Monthly income of A is 10,000 and B is 8,000.
