Correct Answer is option ii) House Fly.

Reason:

House Flies breed and feed on filthy places like garbage, uncovered food, animal excreta and dead organic matter which contains a lot of disease causing micro organisms .
When this contaminated food is consumed by man then he suffers with disease like cholera ,TB, Typhoid and Diarrhea
