Guiseppe Mazzini, an Italian revolutionary was described as the 'most dangerous enemy of our social order'. He was described so by Metternich.

Reason-

Guiseppe was sent into exile when he was 24 for organising a revolution in Liguria in 1881. He made two secret societies called 'Young Italy' and 'Young Europe'. Metternich interjected the Treaty of Vienna. He was in favour of conservatism.

Guiseppe assured the members of his associations to be associated with rebellion actions. Following his convictions, such organisations' formation took place outside Italy, in France, Switzerland, Germany and Poland.

Thus, this caused disagreement among Mazzini and Metternich and he described Mazzini as 'the most dangerous enemy of our social order'.
