Vehicles nowadays are being advanced and also they are being modernised to limit the emission of harmful gases

The most harmful gas emit and the most amount is methane probably

Methane is emitted when the fuel doesn't gets combust full and results in incomplete combustion

Also many oxides of sulphur and nitrogen add up the pollution

Thank you

Hope it helps

Vehicular emissions give out ---

 CO_{2} \: ,\:SO_{2} \: and \:CO.

Out of these ---

SO_{2} \: \: is \: the \: most \: harmful. \:

Sulphur dioxide (SO_{2}) is the most dangerous pollutant gas to man, industrial activities such as burning of coal and oil emit large quantities of it. Exposure of plants to sulphur dioxide destroys plants.

Carbon monoxide (CO) is mostly produced by incomplete combustion of fuel or carbon containing compounds.

Carbon dioxide (CO_{2}) is released by humans and is present in vehicular and industrial emissions.

Hope this helps!!
