Answer:

GST paid by the dealer to the governement = 480 Rs. The dealer bought it in = 5000 - 5000 × 20/100 = 5000 - 1000 = 4000 Rs. GST Paid = 12% of 4000 = 4000 × 12/100 = 480 Rs. Amount paid by the customer = 5000 - 5000 × 5/100 = 5000 - 250 = 4750 Rs.
