The (n-1)th term of the A.P. 7, 12, 17, 22, ... is given by
(i) 5n + 2
(ii) 5n - 3

Doing the math.A quicker way of solving is just look at the 1st termthe first term is the (2 - 1) th termso with n=2 one of the options should give 7 as an answer.we can clearly see that option(d) 5n−3 is the correct option since 5x2−3=7
