The value of net torque about pivot is 90 N-m

Explanation:

Positive torque = 60 cos 60°  = 30 N x L/2

                          =  30  4 /2 = 60 N

And 50 N sin 90°  = 50 N

   70 sin 30°  = 35 x L /4 = 70 N

Total positive torque = 50 + 60 + 70 = 180 N

Similarly negative torque =  50 N and 40 N

So net  torque is 180 N - 50 N - 40 N = 90 N-m

Thus the value of net torque about pivot is 90 N-m
