The news related to the Miracle recovery of 14 year old boy, Sebastian Shultz. It was reported that the boy has awoken from a coma that doctors feared might last forever. The news-paper story carried the boy’s photograph also. Now Michael knew this boy well because he had played psycho drive computer games with him for those very days when he was said to be in a coma. How could that be? It was something shocking for him.

In the story, 'Virtually True', Michael plays a crucial part in the retrieval of Shultz. He came across all the games and firmly believed that Sebastian Shultz was just a part of the game, after quite a few weeks, he blinked at the sight of the same boy, Shultz. His conscience made him think as he came to realise that the boy in the newspaper, apparently was promising to have been suffering from coma for quite a few weeks, which doctors claimed that might last forever. The mindset of Michael started splitting into two beliefs until he finally received Shultz's email. This was the reason of the received by Michael.

The story further elaborated that Sebastian had been injured in a motorway accident and did not regain consciousness. The mother of Sebastian hoped that their son would get out of coma, but only a miracle could save him. The narrator sees the boy’s photograph also and he is shocked to discover, it is the same Sebastian whom he had got to know. But the newspaper story stated that the boy had been in coma throughout. The narrator felt nervous and confused. He couldn’t figure out how could this have happened.
