The nightingale thought tht it could better itself by listening to the frog and not its own heart he kept trying to become better. He became over ambitious and then eventually died due to this... thus the noghtimgale was responisble.....

Yes, I am agree with this statement . She is himself responsible for her end. She shows blind faith on frog and follows his instructions blindly. She had to continuously training for 6 hours in the rain beacuse she followed frog instructions without much thinking. It leads to her death
