In order to calculate the number of gram atoms in 3.2g of Calcium is 0.08gm atom.

We need to know the following information:

Gram atomic weight of Calcium (Ca) = 40gm

Number of moles =\frac{\text {Given mass}}{\text {mass}}

Number of moles of Calcium (Ca) present in 3.2 gram =\frac{3.2}{40}\ \mathrm{mole}=0.08\ \mathrm{mole}

Now, 1 mole of every substance contains = 1 gm atom.

Therefore, 0.08 mole contains \bold{=\frac{1}{1} \times 0.08 \mathrm{gm} \text { atom }=0.08 \mathrm{gm}\ atom}.
