Notion of rights changes from time to time and society to society as with changing times, new demands and new situations arises which require the changes in the meaning and scope of rights.As illiteracy is a major problem in India, the Right to Education has been included in the list  of Fundamental Rights. As per this right, every child has the right to get elementary education. Corruption has reached an optimum level in India.

To reduce corruption, RTI (Right to Information) was enacted recently. Under RTI, anybody can demand information regarding the functions of a government department or official and participate in the decision making process.
