The nuclei of most atoms contain multiple protons. Each proton has a positive charge. If objects that have like charges
repel each other, why do the protons in the nuclei of most atoms not fly apart?

Because of high nucleus binding forces .

You can think upon it by knowing the stability of any atom

the atom who has more nucleus binding forces than interprotonic repulsion force is stable
