The number are in the ratios 2:3:4 and their sum is 54. Find the number

eram3: let the no. be x = 2x+3x+4x=54 then, 9x= 54 then, x= 9/54 then, x= 6

Here is ur answer :

Let Ist number = 2x

IInd number = 3x

IIIrd number = 4x

Sum of all these numbers is 54.

According to question.

2x + 3x + 4x = 54

9x = 54

x = 54 / 9

x = 6

Ist number = 2 × 6 = 12

IInd number = 3 × 6 = 18

IIIrd number = 4 × 6= 24
