32 gm of oxygen = 1 mole.
Therefore, 16 gm of oxygen = 0.5mole.
Hence, 0.5 moles of molecules of oxygen contains 0.5 * 2 * 6.022 * 10^23 atoms.
(1 molecule of oxygen contains 2 atoms)

Mass no. of oxygen(m)=16 gmu
Molar mass of 16gm oxygen (Mo)=16×16=256gmu
No. of atom (N)=m×avagadro no./Mo
=>N=16×6.022×10²³/256
=>N=6.022×10²³/16
=>N=0.376375×10²³ or 376375×10²³
