In (23×2+12+48)g Na2CO3 we have 46g of Na
now, in 53g of Na we will have 46×53/106 g of Na
=>in 53g of Na we will have 23 g of Na

1 mole Na = 23g Na = 6.023×10^23 atoms of Na

we know in 1 mol of Na2Co3,2 mol of Na is present.
Therefore,
in 53g of Na2Co3 where its molar mass is 106 its mol is 53÷106=0.5
therefore, in 0.5 mol of Na2Co3 Na contain :- 0.5×2=1 mol of Na

Hope it will help!!
Any doubt regarding this u can ask!!

pritomsaha26pdtw6y: so the no. of atom will be =mol×NA=1×6.022×10^23
MMXNiloy: yep
