the number of boys 70%of the number of girls in a hostel. if there are 850 student in the hostel then what is the difference between the number of boys and girls​

here is your answer mate....

then the boys = 70/100 ×850 = 595

and girls 30% = 30/100 ×850= 255

them....

b - g = 595-255 = 340
