The number of members of legislative assembly will remain constant untill the publication of the relevant figures of census in spite of growth in population.

Explanation:

As mentioned in the Constitution that the members elected via voting shall obtain a special figure of counts in votes and this depends on population, defined as the census in relevant figures. However the total number of members of legislative assembly shall not exceed 500 and not to be less than 40.
