the number of students in section A is 3 less than twice the number of students in section A. if Section A has 45 students , find the number of students in section B?

Let the Number of Students in section B = X

and, Number of Students in section A = 2X - 3

Also section A has 45 student

therefore

2X - 3 = 45

2X = 48

X = 24


Hence Section B has 24 student.
