in fcc no. of atoms = 4
so.
tetrahedral voids = 2× no.of atoms in lattice
= 2×4
=8
so.
tetrahedral voids = 2× no.of atoms in lattice
= 2×4
=8

A face-centered cubic lattice has 4 atom per unit cell in the packing. No. of tetrahedral voids is double the number of atoms in the packing.
