As per Govt. rule a Gram Panchayat is to be formed consisting of minimum 11 wards and maximum 25 wards. Every Gram Panchayat is formed consisting of ward members, Naib-Sarpanch, & Sarpanch. While ward members and Sarapanch are elected by the voters directly, Naib-Sarapanch is selected by ward members.
