=> 4(3x +3) = 9( 2x -2)
=> 12x + 12 = 18x -18
=> 18x -12x = 12 +18 = 30
=> 6x = 30
=>x = 5
Here,
the Original fraction => 3x / 2x
=> 3×5 / 2 ×5
=> 3/2 answer
