let x and y are nominator and denominator respectively .
a/c to question ,
y-x=5 ==========(1)
again ,
(x+3)/y=2/3
3(x+3)=2y
3x+9=2y
3x-2y+9=0 ===============(2)
solve equations (1) and (2)
x=1 and y=6
hence ,
fraction =1/6
