》And, the numerator be x - 5

$so \: the \: fraction \: will \: be \: \frac{x - 5}{x}$

》According to the question,

$\frac{(x - 5) + 9}{x - 9} = \frac{2}{3}$

$\frac{x + 4}{x + 9} = \frac{2}{3}$

$3(x + 4) = 2(x + 9)$

$3x + 12 = 2x + 18$

$3x - 2x = 18 - 12$

$x = 6$

》 Hence the original fraction is,

$\frac{x - 5}{x}$

$\frac{6 - 5}{6}$
