Y=x-6.............(1)

X+3/Y=2/3.........(2)

Putting value of y from eq. (1) to eq. (2),

X+3/X-6=2/3

3x-2x=-12-9

X=-21.

Putting value of x in eq. (1),

Y= x-6

  = -21-6

  = -27

Therefore the original fraction is x/y = -21/-27 = 21/27.
