STEPS:

differance = 7

x=numerator

y=denominator

x-y=7

if one added in x it is 6

if one substracted it is 5

it will be x-1 = 5 actual value is 5

if we will add y+1 = actual value will be 6

hence it is 5+6 = 11 answer will be 11
