Heya...
Here is your answer -----

Let the denominator be x
Then, numerator = x - 3

ATQ -----

=> [(x - 3) + 1] / (x + 3) = 1/2

=> (x - 2) / (x + 3) = 1/2

=> x + 3 = 2 (x - 2)

=> x + 3 = 2x - 4

=> x - 2x = -4 -3

=> -x = -7

=> x = 7

The number = x - 3/x = 7-3/7 = 4/7

Let denominator is x
and numerator is x-3
x-3+1/x+3=1/2
x-2/x+3=1/2
x+3=2×(x-2)
x+3=2x-4
-2x+x=-3-4
-x=-7

》x=7
then,
numerator =7-3=4
denominator =7

So,
rational number = 4/7
