wkt,

refaractive index of glass= c/vg

                                     4/3 =c/2x108  

                                      c=2.6x108 or 3x108 m/s      

   now,

refractive index of water=c/vw

3/2=3x108/vw

therefore, vw=2x108m/s

hence, speed of light in vacuum is 3x10^8 m/s and water is 2x10^8 m/s
