{\bold{\huge{\red{\underline{\mathcal{ANSWER}}}}}}

in general form:

Rate =k[A] [B]

now according to question

rate =  k[A]^{ \frac{3}{2} }  [B]^{ \frac{ - 1}{2} }

so order will be the sum of the exponential power of the both A and B

 \frac{3}{2}  -  \frac{1}{2}

 \frac{2}{2}  = 1

so Option (A) is correct.
