there are mainly three organs of our country made especially for the division of power. the first organ is legislature. This is not a single man who do everything instead a group of people who make laws so that the wishes of the citizen of the country could be fulfilled. Also to overcome the problem that are faced by people such as natural disaster , poverty etc.
next comes executive that is comparatively a smaller group which make sure that the rules and laws made by the legislature could be properly enforced and implemented within the state.
at last but not the least is judiciary , those are the one who look after wheather the rules are being followed by the citizen or not. all the courts wheather they are the district court ,the high court, the supreme court all comes under judiciary.
