The organisation has appointed new HR manager. He prepared an annual schedule of training for employees and presented to the board of directors. To his surprise, one of the directors asked him to scrap the entire training schedule and just that all positions in the organisational structure remain filled.
(i) Do you agree with the company director that employee do not training?
