A pipe is a cylinder.
CSA of a cylinder is πr²H.
Given radius of the pipe is 0.7 metres
Given length of cylinder is 21 metres
CSA=π(0.7)(0.7)(21)
:. CSA is 22/7 *0.49 *21=66*0.49
=32.34 sq metres
cost of painting 1 sq metre is 10 rupees
cost of painting 32.34 square metres is 323.4 rupees

C.S.A =2πrh
=2*22/7*.35*21
=4.62 m²
1m² = Rs 10
total cost = 4.62* 10
= Rs 46.2
