diameter is 70 so the radius is 35 cm or 0.35 m
we have to paint the pipe so we need to find the curved surface area which is 2πrh and then multiply it with the cost per m square
2×22/7×0.35×21×10=462 rupees

Here we 1st need to find Curved surface area
We have,
Height of pipe=21cm
Diameter of the Pipe=70cm=0.7
We know that,
Curved surface area of cylinder=(pi×d×h) or (2×pi×r×h) sq. unit
C.S.A=(22÷7×0.7×21)m^2
=46.2m^2
cost of painting the pipe@ Rs.10/m^2
=Rs(10×46.2)
=Rs462
