that s 3rd shell...

we know tht K have 2 electrons

L have 8 electrons

and M have 3 electrons

so total electrons are 2 + 8 + 3 = 13 electrons

as atomic number of element = total no of electrons in neutral atom

so , atomic number of atom is = 13

it is aluminum
