the outer surface of a cube of side 6 cm is to be painted if the cost of painting is rupees 2 per hundred square find the total cost of painting .
answer is rs.4320

total surface are of cube=6a^2

=6×6×6

=216cm^2

cost op painting=2rupees for 100cm^2

therefore, 216/100

=2.16

therefore =2.16×2

=4.32rupees Ans......
