equations =>

2x + 3y + 6 = 0

4x + 6y = -12 => 4x + 6y + 12 = 0

for infinitely many solutions,

A1/A2 ≠ B1/B2

2/4 = 1/2

3/6 = 1/2

As A1/A2 = B1/B2, the linear equations donothave infinitely many solutions
