Munshi Prem chand clearly emphasises on the importance of justice through a village setting. He shows the panch as being above worldly relation through 2 different occasions . Firstly when Alagu sat on the seat of the panch , ,though being a sworn friend of Jumman passed a correct judgement despite all this .He showed that a panch has no feelings of his own , for him none is a friend or a foe whatsoever. Jumman too showed a similar quality when he passed judgement in favour of Alagu despite them having differences. P.s-you can add the points which refer to what Jumman was thinking after being elected panch ..for good measure (cause in icse boards marks are not deducted for writing extra)

Aryendra: Plz mark as best
Aayushi99: Thank you very much Aryendra!!!! :)
Aryendra: Thanx Aayushi
Aayushi99: Ur welcome!!!
