The democracy is based upon the fair power sharing and justified relationship between the government and public. The population living in a democracy will surely face general problems of a pandemic but they can expect good decisions from the government's side because the government's performance in such sensitive situation is the key to the success or failure in tbe the next elections.

On the other hand,

• Hard time for the dictators during pandemic :

In the dictatorship,the public has no right to select their own government and that's why the government don't feel any pressure from the public side. The government of a dictatorship only thinks about the reputation of the country in the pandemic period also and tries to hide the actual bad condition of the country from the external media. This becomes a reason for uncontrollable spread of pandemic which is ultimately a failure of the dictatorship.
