Here we have combination of two parallel 10 ohm resistors

so now we will have current in each resistor given as

i = \frac{V}{R}

i = \frac{24}{10} = 2.4 A

now each resistor is having 2.4 A current in it

So total current flowing through the battery is given as 2.4 + 2.4 = 4.8 A

now in order to find net resistance we can use ohm's law

V = i R

24 = R * 4.8

R = 5 ohm

so net resistance of both combination is 5 ohm
