can i know where are the angles 1 and 2 situated on l and m lines respectively against n? if both are above/below the lines l and m and on same side of the transversal n, they are corresponding angles and hence they will be equal. then,
    (5x-10)=(3x+60)
=>5x-3x  =60+10
=>2x       =70
=> x        =70/2
           x=35
if they are on opposite sides of transversal and above/below the lines l and m or they are on same side of transversal but one is above line l and one is below line m or vice versa, then they're called alternative angles.then,
   5x-10+3x+60=180
=>8x+50          =180
=>8x                =130
=> x                 =130/8
              x=16.25
