\textbf{\huge{ANSWER:}}

Given:

Ratio of parallel sides = 2 : 5

Height of trapezium = 10 cm

Area of trapezium = 350 cm^2

To find:

The length of the parallel sides of the trapezium

Method:

Let the parallel sides be = 2x and 5x

Area of a trapezium:

 \frac{1}{2}  \times sum \: of \: parallel \: sides \times height

Putting the values we have in the Formula, we get:

350 =  \frac{1}{2} \times (2x + 5x) \times  10 \\  \\  =  > 350 = 5 \times 7x \\  \\  =  >  \frac{350}{5}  = 7x \\  \\  =  >  \frac{350}{7 \times 5}  = x \\  \\  =  > 10 \:  cm= x

Now, we have:

x = 10 cm

Therefore, 2x and 5x are:

2 × 10 = 20 cm

5 × 10 = 50 cm, respectively.

Hope it Helps!! :)
