Explanation:

We know

K.E.=1/2 mv^2

Given,

∆m/m × 100=3.

∆v/v ×100=4.

Now,

∆E/E = +-{∆m/m +( 2 × ∆v/v)}

∆E/E = +-(3+ 2×4)

∆E/E = 3+8 =11

Multiplying by 100 ,we get percentage error in K.E.= 11%
