k =  \frac{1}{2} mv {}^{2}

Kinetic energy

 \frac{delta \: k}{ k }  =  \frac{delta \: m}{m}  \ +  2 \frac{delta \: v}{v}

 \frac{delta \: k}{k}  \times 100 = 2 + 3 \times 2

%age error in K.E= 8%

option c

Percentage error in x^a*y^b=(a∆x/x+b∆y/y)*100

KE=mv^2/2

%∆KE=((∆m/m)+(2∆v/v))*100

=(0.02+(2*0.03))*100

=8%
