Sahil's present age = x

Sahil's mother age = 3x

Sahil age 5 years later = x + 5

Sahil mother age 5 years = 3x + 5

Then :

Total = 4x + 10

= 4x + 10 = 66

4x = 66 - 10

4x = 56

$\sf \: x = \frac{56}{4}$
