the peremeter of a triangle field is 40 m, if two sides of that field are 8m and 14m, then find the area of field.​

third side =40-22=18

by heron's formula

semi perimeter =20 m

 \sqrt{20(20 - 18)(20 - 14)(20 - 8)}  \\  =  \sqrt{20 \times 2 \times 6 \times 12}  \\  =  \sqrt{10 \times 2 \times 2 \times 6 \times 6 \times 2}  \\   = 6 \times 2 \times 2 \sqrt{5}  \\  = 24 \sqrt{5}

=53.52
