Let th unknown value be x,

sides are 3x and 2x.

So, we know that Perimeter = Sum of all sides.

60 = 2(3x + 2x)

60 = 10x

x = 6 cm.

So, the smallest side is 12 cm.

Area of llgm = b * h

= 12 * 5 = 60cm^2.
