The perimeter of a rectangle and a square are same. if the length and breadth of the rectangle are 25cm and 17 cm respectively , find which figure has greater area and how much.​

We know that the perimeter of a rectangle and a square are same

perimeter of square = 84cm

4×side=84cm

side=84/4

21cm

area of rectangle= l×b

25×17

425cm^2

area of square= side×side

21×21

441cm^2

Therefore,the area of square is more than of rectangle.
