let l is the length and b is the breath of the rectangle.

here length is twice the breath

l=2b

2(l+b)=162

l+b=162/2=81

2b+b÷81

3b=81

b=81/3=27m

so l=2.27=54m

so the area of the field is 27×54sqm

=1458 sqm
