let the length be x.
And the breadth b y
A.T.1st condition-
(x-2)(y+3)=xy+44 (area=l×b)
xy+3x-2y-6=xy+44
3x-2y=50.........(i)

It is given that perimeter,
2(x+y)=100
2x+2y=100
x+y=50
x=50-y

put value of x in (i)
3(50-y)-2y=50
150-3y-2y=50
-5y=-100
y=100/5=20
so, x=50-20=30

Hence,length is 30m.
And breadth is 20m.
