let length of rectangle be x.
given perimeter of rectangle =130cm.

breadth of the rectangle=30cm.
ATQ
2 (l+b)=130.
2 (30+x)=130.
60+2x=130.
2x=130-60
2x=70.
x=70/2=35.

therefore length of rectangle=35cm.
area of rectangle=l×b

=35×30
=1050sq cm.

Hi friend ,
Breadth = 30 cm
Perimeter = 130 cm
Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)
130 cm = 2(l+30)
130 cm = 2l +60
130 cm -60cm = 2l
70 cm = 2l
70/2 = l
35 cm

Area of rectangle = l× b
Area = 35×30
Area= 1050cm ^ 2

Hope this helped u...
